This enlarged model allows students to study the floral and reproductive structure of a dicot. Petals, sepals and stamens are detachable. One anther has been sectioned to reveal the pollen within.
The stigma is shown with pollen grains attached, one of which has generated a pollen tube which is shown entering the cut away ovary. All important structures are number coded for identification.
